Young Adulthood

The transition from high school to “real life” can feel like all of the things - exciting, fun, daunting, overwhelming, lonely, confusing, and simply a rollercoaster at times. The ambiguity and “in between” of this phase of life presents both opportunities and challenges. Whether you’re graduating, wondering what to do next or who you are, trying to balance the demands of responsibilities and relationships, or just feeling pressure to figure it all out, I’m here to help..I work with young adult women in college and shortly after - a stage that often gets less attention than it deserves, even though it’s when a lot of identity and mental health foundations get built. Sessions are available by telehealth anywhere in California, which tends to work well for students balancing school schedules.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to talk. Contact me for a complimentary 20-minute consultation.
